Kennie Ang Joo Koon
Founder
Kennie’s principal areas of practice encompass commercial, corporate, insolvency and construction disputes. He frequently acts in highly contested commercial and corporate litigation involving substantial financial values and multiple parties.
In the area of insolvency of note, he has advised in a judicial management involving an oil and gas company which has successfully implemented a scheme of arrangement within the same judicial management. It is one of the first cases in Malaysia to date to have successfully rehabilitated a company from a debt in excess of RM100 million to a going concern.
In construction and property disputes, Kennie regularly advises stakeholders of all levels, from developers and contractors to purchasers. He has acted for a main contractor in an arbitration involving multiple claims of up to RM80 million involving complex technical and contractual issues and examination of experts.
Kennie’s experience spans a broad range of contentious matters in all levels of Courts. He is regularly engaged to act in disputes requiring strategic planning and robust advocacy.

Goh Jing-Wen
Jing-Wen graduated from University of Liverpool with First Class Honours in year 2020 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in year 2022. She develops a strong interest in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of commercial, corporate and insolvency practice. She also advises on enforcement and execution proceedings, debt recovery and tenancy matters.
Danish Egamparan
Danish graduated from the University of London and obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in year 2023. He completed his pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Kennie Ang, during which he was exposed to a broad range of civil and commercial matters. Upon completion of his pupillage, he was retained as an Associate with the firm.
